All bookings go through our website at maisonfluff.ca. Select your dog's size, pick a date and time, and confirm with a credit card. You will receive a confirmation email with all the details.

Your credit card holds your time slot. Every session is dedicated entirely to one dog. A last-minute cancellation or no-show means that time cannot be filled. The card is only charged if the cancellation policy applies.

Sessions typically last between 1.5 and 2 hours depending on your dog's size, coat condition, and temperament. We never rush. Your dog gets our full attention from start to finish.

There are no crates, cages, or kennels at Maison Fluff. Your dog is never confined at any point during their visit.

We do not use grooming loops, nooses, or any form of physical restraint. Your dog moves freely on the grooming table. This requires patience and skill, but it creates a calmer, safer experience.

No. Every session is one-on-one. One dedicated groomer, one dog, from start to finish. Your dog never shares the space with another dog during their session.

We ask that you drop off your dog and pick them up when the session is done. Most dogs are calmer and more cooperative without their owner present. We will contact you if anything comes up.

Our cage-free, no-restraint approach is specifically designed for dogs who are stressed by traditional grooming environments. Let us know about your dog's temperament when you book so we can prepare accordingly.

The starting price covers a standard full grooming session for your dog's size category. The final price may be adjusted based on coat condition (severe matting or tangles require more time), actual size, or behaviour. We always communicate any adjustment before or during the session.

No. All prices listed are before applicable taxes (GST/QST).

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed at the end of the session.

We offer three packages: Essentials (4 sessions, 8% off), Comfort (6 sessions, 12% off), and Annual (8 sessions, 15% off). Each is available for all size categories. Packages are valid for 12 months.

Packages are available on our Grooming Packages page at maisonfluff.ca. Payment is made in full at the time of purchase.

No. Packages are tied to the dog named at the time of purchase and cannot be transferred.

We will refund the unused sessions on a pro-rata basis. The refund is calculated based on the package price divided by the total number of sessions, multiplied by the remaining sessions. Contact us at maisonfluff@gmail.com.

Packages are non-refundable under normal circumstances. The discounted rate reflects a commitment to the full number of sessions.

If a price adjustment is needed for a specific session (coat condition, unexpected matting), the difference is charged separately. It does not affect your remaining package sessions or their value.
