By booking a grooming session at Maison Fluff, you agree to the following terms. They exist to protect your time, your dog, and ours.

1. Cancellation & no-show policy

Every session at Maison Fluff is one-on-one. When you book, that time is reserved entirely for your dog. A late cancellation or no-show means that slot cannot be offered to another client.

More than 24 hours before your appointment: cancel or reschedule at no charge.

Less than 24 hours before your appointment: a fee of 50% of the booked service will apply.

No-show (no notice): a fee of 50% of the booked service will apply.

We will always reach out to you before charging any cancellation fee. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to hold your appointment.

2. Pricing

All prices listed on our booking page are starting prices and do not include applicable taxes.

The final price may vary depending on your dog's coat condition (matting, tangles, undercoat density), actual size, and behaviour during the session.

If an adjustment is needed, we will communicate it before or during the session. There are no surprise charges.

3. Photo & video consent

We may photograph or film your dog during their session. These images may be used on our website, social media accounts, and other marketing materials.

By booking a session, you consent to this use. No personal client information is ever shared alongside these images.

You may withdraw your consent or request the removal of specific images at any time by contacting us at maisonfluff@gmail.com.

4. Privacy & personal data

When you book with us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and information about your dog. This data is used solely to manage your appointments and communicate with you about our services.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is stored securely through our scheduling platform (Acuity Scheduling by Squarespace) and payment processor.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing maisonfluff@gmail.com.

5. Grooming packages

Maison Fluff offers prepaid grooming packages (Essentials, Comfort, and Annual) at a reduced per-session rate. By purchasing a package, you agree to the following terms.

All packages are paid in full at the time of purchase. Packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions after the 12-month period are forfeited.

Package sessions are reserved for the dog named at the time of purchase. Sessions cannot be transferred to another dog or another client.

Packages are non-refundable under normal circumstances. The discounted rate reflects a commitment to the full number of sessions over the year.

In the event of the dog's passing, unused sessions will be refunded on a pro-rata basis. The refund is calculated as: (package price ÷ total sessions) × remaining sessions. To request a refund, contact us at maisonfluff@gmail.com. No documentation is required.

Package pricing is based on the dog's size category at the time of purchase. If a price adjustment is needed during a session (coat condition, behaviour), the difference is charged separately and does not affect the remaining package sessions.

Sessions are booked through our regular booking system at maisonfluff.ca. Cancellation and no-show policies (Section 1) apply to each individual session within a package.
